How it works

1. Send Images
2. Add case history
3. Choose turnaround
4. Receive report
5. Client support

Automatically send images via DICOM

DICOM is a feature of digital imaging machines. We can set up automatic send from your machine, which provides a back-up of all your imaging files. You can also send digital images via uploading to our website.

Add patient details and history via your computer or the VET.CT App

Writing a relevant clinical history is an important part of case submission. The radiologist will evaluate the images and describe any abnormal findings. The interpretation of those findings is informed by the clinical history.

Choose the turnaround time to suit the clinical status of your patient

We offer flexible, reliable turnaround times from 1 hour to 4 days depending on the clinical urgency.

Feel confident with reports you can trust

Every case you submit will be thoroughly reviewed by our board-certified radiologists. Each report includes your images with annotations explaining what we've found, making the report easy for you to share with owners and allows you to learn with every case.

Thousands have.

Our practice has been using the VET.CT reporting service since the introduction of our CT scanner in 2018. The service we have received both from support staff and radiologists has always been excellent. The reports are of the highest quality - even for our exotic species - and the technical tips offered to maximise the quality of our images are always helpful. We would have no hesitation in recommending their radiology reporting service.
Faye Bethell BVetMed CertGP(ExAP)PgC(ZooMed)MRCVS RCVS Recognised Advanced Practitioner in Zoological Medicine. Toll Barn Veterinary Centre, UK
With access to an MRI scanner, we ‘had the gear but no idea’. VET.CT has been the answer to all our problems. Now we provide a better in-house image interpretation service than our competitors and a better healthcare service for those animals we look after.
Dr Shaun Moore, Veterinary Surgeon City Vets, UK
VET.CT has been a precious support for our practice with the high quality CT interpretations, including for exotic species. We also use the specialist online consultations service and it has been a great help for our vets, to give them reassurance and provide guidance on the more complicated cases that cannot go to referral centres.
Celine Le Rochais DVM MSc Wild animal health,PGdip Leadership MRCVS Coastway Vets, UK
We have used VET.CT’s teleradiology service for radiographs for the last couple of years. As a general practitioner, to have a specialist report with a high level of detail and annotation in such a short time is excellent and this has improved not only our own radiology knowledge but is a useful addition to the discussion with our clients.
Dr Keith Moore, Vet Hillside Veterinary Centre, UK
VET.CT have been our imaging partner from the beginning and have always performed brilliantly.
Simon Hester, Director Optivet Referrals, UK
We have used the VET.CT radiographic interpretation service for a number of years now. This system has become an integral and invaluable part of our daily workings. The online platform is easy to use and communicates directly with our digital developing system allowing for a quick, easy and seamless transfer of images to VET.CT. The quality of the reports is amazing, with a clear emphasis on accuracy and concise delivery of key points. Images have markers pointing out key areas of interest allowing for a clear understanding of the areas of concern and to allow for learning to assist in future cases. These reports allow for confident delivery of accurate information to clients allowing us to move treatment plans along quickly and with more certainty. The system has been beneficial to vets of all experience levels whether it is a new graduate that needs pointing in a clear direction or an old hand that needs the reassurance that their thinking is correct.
Dr Bryan Nicolay, Vet Easipetcare, UK
I have used VET.CT from the very start and have always found them to be approachable when looking for advise on complicated cases. Their reports are concise, accurate and informative, and make the application of advanced imaging in our business a pleasure to deal with.
Nick Williams BVSc CertSAS MRCVS Park House Veterinary Centre, UK
I would like to thank the imaging specialists for their fantastic reports. They have not only been insightful anatomically and diagnostically, but also helpful guidance in further investigations and treatment.
