Dr Ronan Mullins was so helpful with great tips to treat the serious wound on my patient - advocating a single pedicle flap. I was REALLY glad to have his advice and counsel. Before I found VET.CT I relied on textbooks for difficult cases, but it takes a long time to read through the material, or I would ask colleagues for advice and watch Youtube videos, but again they take a long time to watch. Yet more time was spent with worrying! Worrying if one is able to do the procedure in the first place and then worrying if it goes south and the jam hits the fan - what would be Plan B? Talking to Dr. Mullins relieved much of this pressure by being able to communicate with an expert and get trustworthy advice. It’s so much quicker - hours are saved and it feels like I have got a parachute when jumping out of the plane!Dr Ronan very meticulously went through the information and material I had sent and even asked for more details. Working with VET.CT has changed our lives. We have been given support on emergency cases that have come through the door, worked up cases that we would have otherwise had to send to a specialist, had specialist opinions on blood results, exotic cases, soft tissue, radiographs, ultrasounds and we have learned so much, especially with neurological cases. Having VET.CT has most definitely increased practice revenue and given our clients a better service as more treatments and diagnostics can be completed in-house opposed to the costs of travelling to see a specialist.
