Specialist case advice

We are deeply sorry to close our teleconsulting specialist case advice service. For more information, please view the full statement regarding the closure.

The key dates and deadlines for case submissions are:

• Tuesday 26th August - 5pm (BST) - deadline for submitting follow-on questions for existing cases 

• Thursday 28th August - 12pm (midday, BST) - deadline for submitting new cases

• Friday 29th August:

  • 12pm (BST) - deadline for submitting follow-on questions for new cases  

  • 5pm (BST) - all teleconsulting cases will become read-only from 5pm BST on Friday 29/08/25

NB: New case = any case created from 8am (BST) Monday 25/08/25. Existing case = any case created before 8am (BST) Monday 25/08/25.

Our high-quality, reliable radiology (CT, MRI, x-ray) reporting services are not impacted and continue to operate as usual.
