Founder and CEO of VetCT, Victoria Johnson, has been named as winner of the ‘Most Inspiring Senior Leader Award’ at the Great British Workplace Wellbeing Awards 2023.
Nominated for her outstanding contribution to creating a supportive workplace culture across a growing global organisation, Victoria’s achievements were celebrated at the ceremony held at Connaught Rooms in London on March 29, 2023.
Since its inception in 2009, VetCT has been providing teleradiology and teleconsulting and education services to a growing global veterinary client base. With a dispersed team of over 280 people across 22 different countries, maintaining the company values and culture is a significant focus of Victoria’s leadership.
Liz Barton, Head of Communications, says,
“We are absolutely delighted to see Victoria recognised with this award - she truly is a beacon of light shining brightly in our industry. She has, from the outset, strived to grow the team at VetCT in alignment with the company values of kindness, care, curiosity, doing the right thing, bringing our best and working together. Her mission is to create a positive legacy with VetCT as a force for good, both as an employer and the wider impact on the global veterinary community.
“As the ambition to grow the company globally continues, Victoria places great emphasis on the wellbeing of her team, building in layers of peer support, personal development and team building. She has ensured that measures are in place to maintain the culture and values, which shine through both internally and through the supportive services VetCT provides. She is thoroughly deserving of this award.”
The Great British Workplace Wellbeing Awards were established to acknowledge and celebrate the achievements of some of the most influential organizations, service providers, and individuals who have taken significant strides to address the current global wellbeing challenge.
